Anyone book flights with Transavia through E-dreams?

Booked flight to Paris for 8th May which didn't fly. I got email saying I would get voucher by end of April and then another one saying a voucher by end of May - got nothing yet. I want to at least be able to ask for a refund and failing that at least know if the voucher is transferrable or if I haven't used it by the time it expires (Nov 2021) can I then get a refund. The emails from e-dreams and Transavia are all 'no-reply'. The website has no phone number or email address. I am going around in circles.
Has anyone had any luck getting any satisfaction with Transavia or e-dreams?

E-Dreams are the shonkiest of ticket floggers who your contract is with.

Can you claim from your travel insurance ?

Transavia have a contact form on their website you can use to email them queries. I did this to request a refund from them purely just to use as part of a credit card chargeback, I never expected to hear back from them but I actually got a reply within two hours (telling me to fúck off).

Best bet is chargeback, which will be easy or difficult depending on your bank.

Bank Of Ireland, N26, Revolut, Advantcard are good, AIB and PTSB are getting better.

If that doesn't work you can still go after Transavia directly as they are liable
under EU261 which helpfully does not recognise the likes of edreams and holds the airline liable.

    see post on chargebacks.
