    I ordered last Sunday the money was returned mid week to my account and payment disappeared, but my order 8 items is out for delivery today and the payment just got taken.

    It looks they are honouring all orders so nothing to panic about just keep the money in your account !

    I had to ring them this morning about exchanging my jacket for a diff size and he said they were really busy with the promotion from last week so i'd say they are filling all orders. I'm getting my exchange at the discount price. Thought they'd charge the full cause the code wasnt for us.

    We placed 5 orders in total over three days. Last confirmation came through a while ago. Three are already received at home. There just seems to have been a delay in Holland due to volume of orders.

    That’s because it has t being picked up by DHL. When they say shipped , they really mean they’ve requested a pick up. Same with all companies. When DHL get it it’ll scan into their system
