    I dont think they care. They will just go on rants about the judge being corrupt.

    It's all good for them. A decision either way can be used by them.

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    That would be an awful waste of resources. If it was shut down because they didn't follow due process, rub it up them!

    The laws brought in by the State to help deal with the pandemic, he said in his judgement, are “constitutionally permissible”.

    The judge said the applicants, who have “no medical or scientific qualifications or expertise, relied on their own unsubstantiated views, gave speeches, engaged in empty rhetoric and sought to draw parallel to Nazi Germany which is both absurd and offensive”.

    “Unsubstantiated opinions, speeches, empty rhetoric and a bogus historical parallel are not a substitute for facts,” he said.

    I know a couple of parents with autistic children who believe this and would see Gem Trails as a credible source. The sooner she's thrown off Twitter, the better.

    Anyone that see's G'OD as a credible source have huge issues themselves


    As per twitter she actually posted on her campaign for President she was proVAC....so not really a realiable source

    The vaccine stuff around autism is particularly predatory as there's a lot of parents who are exposed to so much misinformation on it that fall for it.

    I really hope a costs order is made against GO'D and Waters' on this.

    There is broad scope for costs in challenges to legislation to be borne by the state on the grounds of public interest.

    In this instance however, it was shrill grandstanding by duplicitous and mendacious persons, supported and encouraged by loud idiots.

    I'd hope that a costs order here slaps some manners on them, but I can't see it happening TBH.

    Only, I believe, if there is some merit in the case on the grounds of public interest. Looking at the judgement it doesn’t seem that the judge saw much of that.
