Turnips selling for 83 this morning, 197 is supposedly my max this week, not great seeing as I paid 99 for them. Maybe will end up flying somewhere. Busy redesigning the entire island though - every building except my own needs to be moved a little.

The more I see other people's islands, the more I want to completely redesign my own... but ideally I'd only like to do the building moving once. Will have to get out the pen and paper like Dodge!0 -

I'm pretty OCD about details but didn't get out the pen & paper, did take my time planning out what I wanted to do though. Actually it was very relaxing figuring out how much space each building takes up and how much space I want on each side and where paths will need to go etc. First up was moving the museum - it was in front of my house so that's gone now over by my little the town square. Going to move Able and Nook's Cranny down in it's place and space them better. Only 2 of the resident houses are ok, the other 8 needs moving to some degree. It's fun though thankfully. 0 -

Yeah I think I'll enjoy it once I start! Have a good bit to do though - have to move most of the houses so that's a week in itself. Think Nooks / Able's and the Museum are ok, so just the campsite that needs to move after that.0 -

No you don't need to be friends. When you're on an island your chat appears as a text bubble. Anyone on the island can see it and chat too.
Are you using the app on your phone? It's so much better than typing with the controller.
I used the voice chat on the app for the first time last night. It was great! Had a great chat with a friend as I got an island tour. Just like a phone call.0 -

No bother. To link it to your switch press the - key on the loading screen for the game.
