Since events are starting to be announced and it will be spread over 4 months, thought it might be handy to have a thread to keep a track of it.

Bringing the world together to celebrate video games from the comfort of home. Summer Game Fest is a season of digital video game events from publishers, select playable content, in-game events, and more to be announced.

Read a headline today that some pro skater has said there's going to be a new Tony Hawk game this year (and, I'm sorry, a Skate mobile game).

A few piqued my interest there. Aside from Valhalla which I am really looking forward to, I do like the look of the next Yakuza and Scarlet Nexus looks fun. Hopefully it's not a souls type game, doesn't look it. Bright Memory Infinite could be good too.

I would give my Beyond Good and Evil 2 plea but I think they've changed it so much it barely resembles the original concept, even more than the Assassins Creed games which still have the hidden blade but not really a lot else.
Whatever they are doing with Prince of Persia might get shown too. But forget Splinter Cell for now.

Yeah, same here. I have no reason to think it will, but I'm hoping it takes some cues from the Zelda series. It'd be fairly disappointing if it turns out to be just another huge Ubified open world game albeit wrapped in a more cutesy skin.

That said, if it gets good reviews, I'm going to Christ Air off the roof of the San Francisco map. Always my favourite thing to do in THPS1.

A few bits n pieces there, Chivalry 2 will thrill by brother-in-law. Yakuza 7 gameplay and interview, could possibly get more info on Western release. And some kind of a classic game revival....probably just some mediocre mobile tier game everyone forgot for a good reason.
