yes, and its €9 for 3 x 660ml bottles in SV.

I like it and its a bit different when boozing home during the lockdown.
I have also tried tomza - I like this but it's not cheap - can't remember the price but no deal. There is a non-pasteurized version - get that one.

You mean Lomza? It's really nice, the non pasteurized one is the best imo

yes that's correct 24 x 380ml bottles I seen this afternoon in aldi carlow for 27 euros.

    Pretty good going that.

Speaking of Aldi, their Brasserie lager is just over 2 euro per litre. There's a lovely craft job called 1079. Not sure how much it is but lovely.

What do u think of perroni compared to morretti? U can mix n match with that 4 for €10 deal. I notice the alcohol content I think is more in perroni.

Is this finished? None in greystones and a mate reports none in Waterford

As of Thursday it was still going in my local with loads left.

Moretti far superior imo, find peroni a bit acidic, like harp back in the day!

100 per cent agreed. Pretty sure the moretti is imported from italy whereas the peroni is uk piss.

The 1079 is around 3.60 for 4 330ml cans. Its grand for the price but has to be almost frozen. I'll pick up another 8 of them today to have in fridge.

Both are nice but having taken advantage of both offers over the last week, I'll be sticking with Moretti in future.

Lidl walkinstown had no Guinness slabs for 20.

Anyone see this deal in any Dublin Lidl stores?

No and even if they do, it’s going to shift pretty quick at that price.

Anyone make any cool cocktail recently?

I’m pretty boring stick with White Russians and kir royals.

I was watching a cooking show recently where someone made a chaitini- looked really nice, made with baileys and vanilla vodka.

I've tried the export, unfiltered and unpasteurized. I'd go with the unfiltered and unpasteurized, really like them both. The export is fine too. But as others have said, Moretti is my favorite for take out beer. I used to like Peroni but I thought they changed about a year ago, maybe I was getting the original before and then it was coming from UK. Switched to Moretti then.

Ya I actually was drinking smithwicks, moretti and then had. Peroni, and I’m pretty sure it was the perroni that got me drunk lol.

Faustino 5 is down to 12 bucks in super value. A great price.
Just wondering if anyone is in dunnes and notices if they match it, it was at 16 last time I was in there. It would be good to get a few and use the 10 off 50 voucher

whiskey sours. bit of prep work making the sugar syrup and the egg white but so worth it. (sloe berry is optional, primarily because i don't have any).

I'm making a new cocktail every day since this all started.

    Last week's choices were.

    Foreset Fruits
    Sand Trap
    Bombay Smash
    Charlie Chaplin
    Scofflaw
    San Antonia
    Japanese
    Golden Dawn

There is a great app you can find in the app store if you search using,
8500+ drink recipes. What is cool about this app is that you can imput the booze you have and it will tell you what cocktails you can make. Very helpful for people who havent got a massive book or drinks collection.

Love this wine. Seen it for €8.50 in tesco last week. Couldn’t believe it. Shelf cleared out though. Next time maybe.
