Thomastown Co Kilkenny is a picturesque little place

Many a brown trout I caught there back in the day, lovely spot.

Had the same reaction when I saw it's name on a sign post about two years ago.

... more of a small town than a village.

Don't know how anyone can enjoy it to be honest, it's just a used to be scenic bottleneck these days.

Where I am now. Dublin village off the beaten track. But whatever.

It has its problems with cars taking a shortcut. But then again the history and the remains of the buildings makes up for it.

Will be taken out in a box.
