Mark undertaker Calloway getting personal with Alan Jones Styles

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,352 ✭✭✭✭J. Marston

I hate when they go down these roads, bringing all the wrestling-slang into feuds.

    "She got the move over"

    Ugh.

I never knew that was his actual real middle name. Undertaker. That’s so rare.

Drew McIntyre must be superhuman if he beat all those lads single handedly in the tug of war

    I actually liked that promo

    Flashback time
Womens main event from last years mania

This match gets a lot of shít. It was actually good but it needed to be more than good to live up to the hype.

Also, not having a shattered crowd would've helped it.

I think this is happens every mania now with the too long mania shows crowd just exhausted so matches seem worse than they are

FFS more repeats, why? AEW didn't do this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,689 ✭✭✭sky88

Don’t mind the repeats matches in both wwe and aew haven’t been the same without the crowds

Better to space out especially with a 3 hour show

The way it ended didn't help either, as well as the shattered crowd. Lots of people didn't know whether Becky actually got the win, did they botch and try to wave it off and there was quite a few shattered fans that just headed for the exit regardless.

Limiting the number of people working?

Taker going back to the Badass character. About 10 years too late but nice to see.

Takers promo was class. Looking forward to the boneyard match the most now.

t's like he and Paul Bearer were destined to work together.
I would prefer the badass Taker now. Just because as has been pointed out, the mystique of the Undertaker character is gone, as is his endurance. When I watched him years ago they made him seem like he could go no problem. Of course the Urn helped. :)
I wonder if circumstances were different, would Michelle be getting involved?

Surprised they didn't show a different angle to that women's match finish, though that would also mean getting rid of Corey saying her shoulders weren't down.
Be funny if Becky actually stood there watching the whole match.

Trying to think if Austin Theory has won a match since coming to WWE.

I can't say I agree with everything Asuka said, but she had some interesting points. :)
So did they mention Kayden was trained by the Dudley Boyz?

Remember when there was talk of Dominic having a match?

I haven't watched this weeks RAW however if AJ really wanted to get under Takers skin (yes I know) he should bring up the Sara throat tattoo.

Is that not more reason to use old footage? Less time needed to complete a taping.

I haven’t been watching much lately but is biker taker back?

Yes, except minus the bike and Limp Bizkit / Kidd Rock

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,928 ✭✭✭Chuck Noland

Yes, except minus the bike and Limp Bizkit / Kidd Rock

    So he’s not? :D

He’s not doing the deadman gimmick so? Just the music / entrance? Didn’t wwe lose the rights too Rollin the theme song?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,347 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Its confusing hes kind of a mix between deadman/biker and Mark Calloway

Its possibly the only storyline that has worked since the PC shows started

Yeah they only had it for X amount of time and the changed his music to that "You're gonna pay" tune which wasn't bad.
