could be, hope there are some testing kits on it.

If you go on Twitter there is a thread saying its a german aircraft. Maybe the HSE are just spinning things a bit. As I said this will be a huge media moment for them to cover up their testing debacle.

Anything positive to say about the HSE/Government/ Ireland/the Universe? Anything at all?

    Another scumbag spitting at cops

Baton to the jaw is the only answer to people like that. Once it goes out that the cops will literally break your jaw for such an act it won't be long stopping.

Oh god, I took a look on aliexpress out of curiosity and you can supposedly buy an antibody test for under thirteen quid! I'm really glad it's unlikely that anyone ordering one would receive it in the near future because can you imagine how likely they are to be accurate?

How many specifically cargo aircraft do Aer Lingus actually have? Not many I would think.

Well then they need to be clear about what they are saying and give the population the correct information. Spin is what they are doing now.
Why do they not release how many test have been done up to now or how many tests are being done per day. according to another poster they have run out of kits. I dont know if its true but they are not telling it as it is. 700 per day seems to be the number which is not acceptable.

Last week they were testing 2k a day. This morning they announced they were testing 5k a day. I guess growth has gotten away from them a little.

Talking about masks earlier on and they're only useful if you're sick. How much masks would someone go through if they're sick?

I'm trying to make my own here but don't know how much to actually make.

It's hard to say anything positive when they a have reacted too late to this outbreak and are not doing the basic testing. They seem now to have run out of kits so I suppose they will have to come clean about that. They however will tell us that next week we will be testing 10000 per day and you can feel happy about that. I believe that the doctors and nurses are going to do the best they can but if the HSE continue to hide what is going on it will be difficult for them.

Has talk about masks not been done to death, petty squabbling at this stage

Nobody's perfect. However, when compared to most other countries, I'm proud of the HSE, our Public Service and the government.

Just a tad ironic that this virus originated in China and nobody wanted anything to do with China for a few weeks and now I see we are reliant on them shipping us PPE etc

I don't want to go back reading pages and pages and I don't think it was mentioned how much masks someone might go through if they're sick. I'm making my own but don't know how much to make.

Where did the HSE/our government/authorities source the incoming PPE? I know it's coming from china but is the source genuine?

Will some boxes be opened asap for some sort of a quality check?

I don't have much faith in him.

After hearing the news yesterday that the virus is rampant in nursing homes and only a couple weeks ago he was criticising some nursing homes for implementing visitor bans.

Imagine if they listened to him and lifted their bans....

Harris was going by what the HSE advice was at the time.

    • Masks don't work.
    • Pandemic is low risk.
    • Paddy's day parade is a constitutional right.
    • Old people die anyway.
    • Go fetish someone else please.

I dont know who's points they are, but they're certainly not mine. Next.

What do you mean "nobody wanted anything to do with China for a few weeks"?

I'll agree it was ironic that Trump was slamming them while relying on them, but then Trump's gonna Trump.

Nobody is perfect that is true but how come we have now suspended testing at many centers? How come there are no figures for the amount that have been tested and are being tested per day. How do you know we are testing more than other countries if we have no official numbers?

And theres another one. The Venn diagram of Brexit wanters, Trumpists, far right wingers and lockdown lovers must be something.
