    Jaysus today is 1 fecked up day.
    Officially unemployed as of today, 31 years working in 2 different jobs.
    Got good redundancy though, so not complaining..only I should be off travelling !!

    Lead singer's nerve evident but twas a serious crowd for them.. Went listening after though, not bad at all. Though my favourite scottish accent comes from Biffy Clyro

    Listening to the verve bittersweet symphony now. Apparently they got sued yonks ago for ripping off the tune in the background.
    It wasn't their tune at all. They lost the court case and got sued.

    But lately Bulmers had an Ad on TV about being the "original" cider. And in the advert they played the original tune that the verve had ripped off (not the verves version). So I was thinking was that deliberate, the original cider and the original tune? Or would it be too subtle and maybe it was just cheaper for royalties?
    Ya know..... I'm typing this question out and boring the pants off myself as I type it :)

    In future, think before ya type, not the other way round..... Ok

    ha yeah exactly, it was fairly blatant. I like the song myself but they ripped it off big time and then they said in court they hadnt heard the original......

    I'd googled and the news was very slow to update. Restrictions and list of essential businesses are to be published this morning afaik so I'll obviously be reading them. I believe I wasn't the only confused one to ask an off the cuff question but I didnt see anyone else being chastised. Im sure we are *all* stressed and tense.
