We need a national government with Mary Lou as Minister of Health. However my understanding is that Sinn Fein don't like the idea of governing.

The worrying thing now is that the Oireachtas is supposedly not able to legislate. However that's just a law we can surely fix.

    Huh?

Sorry to hear that and RIP and condolences to their family, friends and colleagues.
We need to protect health workers a lot better or we risk not only a human tragedy but also running out of health workers.

I’m a bit concerned at very senior ones going on front lines. If we wiped out our experts, we wouldn’t even be able to train more. We’re going to have to be very strategic about protecting key people and the knowledge base.

Without key experience and expertise we could end up without a health service and severe difficulties training in new people.

Very few countries have a growth rate of 30%, it's a ridiculous yardstick. You'll always look well setting a rate like that. Italy hasn't had that growth rate since 1st March!

Italy is getting it under control. thats why,

Do you not see the huge contradiction in that statement?

Why couldn't he have told us this 5/6 days ago when he made a muddled speech? Everyone carried on as normal in the work sphere, thinking they were essential.
