That sounds like pure hearsay, Facebook talk

I can assure you it isn't. We live in a small cul de sac of about 10 houses. Only going by what our neighbour told us.

Is it possible to report people that are not self isolating even though they got tested and haven't got results yet?
Found out today my next door neighbour got tested yesterday, yet she was out walking around today and in the local shop and her husband has been going to work. f**kers could be infecting loads of people if she does have it.

I believe you can leave the house if you are self isolating but it is strongly recommended you keep human contact to a minimum. Going for a walk or a run on your own is okay, but entering someone else's house or sharing a car is not.

Working would definitely be off limits.

I wonder if it is in fact a communist conspiracy from China. They looked at Boris and Trump holding the top positions and just thought....”hey, never in the history of the planet will there be two bigger fûckwits and imbeciles steering the ships of our enemies. Let’s infect them.

By Easter a huge humanitarian disaster will have unfolded in the US. We are really seeing what a fool he is.

And yet in a new poll Trump has just achieved the highest approval rating of his term.
    People are strange.

Why would anyone snipe at, or praise France or Spain?

We have such close ties to Britain..makes sense that we debate them, discuss them, praise them and criticise them...

Truth be known, we’re fixated with England and Britain.

It's because up until now, Boris Johnson and his band of jolly Brexiters have been knocking it out of the park, and have hardly put a foot wrong since coming to power, so this massive FAIL which will in all probability result in thousands more deaths than would otherwise have been the case is just so, so shocking in its unexpectedness...

    oh wait.

The cohort of posters here continually sniping at Britain, finding fault with everything even when they get it right. It's nasty, unnecessary and beyond normal acceptable criticism. They don't snipe at Macron. Or the Spanish PM. They have made terrible errors at the start of this and tragically this has caused more loss of life than may have been the case.

The UK is our near neighbour , we have a common border, we have a similar culture and are huge consumers of their media. The mess BJ has made will impact on us more than and other country. You should calm down a bit and lay off the victim hood crap.

Who are the "you lot" you were taking about in the previous post?

99% of those places are awful but Zaytoon in Dublin is absolutely lovely. Lovely marinated lamb and chicken with fresh salad and bread cooked on the spot.

A week is a long time in politics and this is going to be a very long few weeks for Trump and his gang.

I find it's generally repressed arseholes that give out about kebabs.

    :pac:

The spit ones that say they're lamb, they're generally chicken and beef.

I'll still ****ing munch it down. But I'd climb bolix naked over a bunch of coronavirus tests for a decent kebab.

I decided to watch a YouTube video of a fish market in Wuhan and that video led me to a different video about some of their eating practices there. Honest to god, it turned my stomach and left me heaving. I won't link it here nor will I describe it here because honestly there's too much doom and gloom but if anyone wants to know you can pm and I will let you know. Fcuking hell

Based on the further restrictions announced today, it's fair to assume we'll see a massive jump in cases announced tonight.

He's all talk, he knows as well as everyone else that it will be quite a while longer than that. His followers are mostly thick and will lap up the soundbites regardless.

Just read about a gentleman who was mixing up rotten chicken flesh in a concrete mixer to use in his lamb kebabs. Surely this is one thing they should just use a meat substitute for?

I think it will be 400 +, depending on how much extra tests and results that actually might not be a very bad result

We spent a lot on an elliptical machine for christmas. At the time I was worried it was too much and we wouldn't use it enough but glad of it now! There are plenty of workouts available on youtube though if people need guidance. Even yoga and meditation will help with people's mental health so that's something to look into also.

Great advice, have a bike myself in the kitchen but lamenting not getting around to buying a treadmill... nice walk today , great day out there but can’t rely on the weather unfortunately....

Yoga is a great call, it’s brilliant for your overall health and mobility. You don’t need anything really, go onto YouTube and just search, kills time and keeps you in good nick.

Have seen that, it is no wonder that these viruses are transferring to humans.
My fear is that the Chinese have naturally built up an immunity to them over the years, which is why the death rate is higher in other countries

I'm watching Claire Byrne on rte player now.

Kathryn Thomas.. her fitness company here and in Spain having to let employees go. Of all people she's financially secure. Could rte interview ordinary ppl and not this rte clique constantly being pushed on us.

Bessie... Jumped on the children's book market with his Jeffrey books. A self professed 'advocate' for mental health issues. Another mediocrity forced on us.
