I actually saw a woman come out the door of my local chemist today and spit on the ground :(

What hope have we with maggoty bags like that let loose?!?

Hope you told her. Saw a numpty doing it outside work last week. Didn't say it but regretted that I didn't.

Tried to give him a dirty look but I'm sure I just had a look of bewilderment on my face.

People still blaming, they should take a trip to a pig farm and then compare how ‘filthy’ other countries treat their animals!

The amount of people who are blindly sharing posts on Facebook stating that gargling warm water, salt and vinegar when initial sore throat of coronavirus will completely eliminate it with no infection. Nothing less than morons.

We eat chicken beef and fish - we don’t eat bats, snakes, dogs, cats like they do

Ok I'm gonna say it for ye, since ye can't really articulate the actual point yerselves. we mostly eat quality controlled heavily traced and tested farmed meat for the most part. On occasion we eat wild animals like game and non farmed fish.

The thing could have originated from any animal it just so happened to be a bat, remember swine flu?
What yer saying it's that China needs to catch up in their practices of food hygiene and tracabilty, but that's as hard as telling the Irish to give up drink.

Yes I’m serious and I’m not posting a link to it - dogs in cages awaiting death and the next stall has them lined up on a grill with ****ers blowtorching them. Disgusting country

Hopefully when this starts to settle down and countries get things under control governments will finally start to put pressure on these scumbags to get their house in order, start changing their disgusting ways.

I mentioned this before, a high percentage of Italians who were infected with CoVid-19 smoke, about 45%, and air quality in the north of the country which is highly industrialised is not good either. Alongside an older population and overwhelmed and stretched health services. Smoking levels in males in China and Iran is similar and these make up most fatalities in their countries.

Yes, having been in both China and Iran I can say the air quality in the big cities in both countries is awful. Probably not as bad in Italy though.

There are live animal slaughter houses like this still operating in places like Thailand that are run by crime sydicates, Every type of exotic animal under the sun put in cages centimeters apart from one another . Alot have viruses that dont effect their immune system but do effect animals with weaker immunes and humans. i cant be arsed linking the you tube video but its austraila's '60 minutes'. They went undercover in all.
This kinda thing can happen on a daily basis in some parts of esatern asia.

I found it and linked it a few minutes ago. Shocking watch altogether

We have to start checking people on their actions. Last week a man, older than myself, walked in to the Bucher's when there was a sign saying only 2 customers at a time, and there were two of us in the shop already. I said nothing, but stepped outside until my order was ready. This week I have told people to keep their distance. One person said 'ah don't worry I haven't got it' and I said 'No, but I could have'.

There is no more minding your own business, if people are putting others at risk then they need to be put back in their box. The time for niceties is over because we clearly have people in this country as thick as pig****.

So Spain is only counting hospital cases, am I reading this right?

"The lethality of the virus is around 5%, although it must be taken into account that the diagnostic tests are being carried out only on hospitalized people," said María José Sierra, area chief of the Ministry's Health Alerts and Emergencies Center. of Health.

Not taking sides here at all but they are 100% to blame for this - what other country is eating bats in a soup?? Disgusting habits that the Chinese government need to stamp out as soon as this is under control, but it is 100% their fault.

What is the exact difference between bat soup and things like oxtail soup, tripe soup or clam chowder.

Bat is just a meat, if they were cultivated on a farm you'd not be moaning.

i just saw that, i couldnt believe it. 627 yesterday,

surely that 793 must include yesterdays figure?

No. The 793 is indeed for the last 24 hours.
    627 was for the previous.

The Italians may hit the 1000 a day mark tommorow.

Pretty much. They don't have the testing capacity otherwise so testing in the community isn't happening.

Was in my local small town there now, West of Ireland. All the shops doing well distancing keeping kept properly, every till in the smallest shop has a wooden frame with plastics window covering every till and all operators have gloves. Practically every person had either a mask or a snood/scarf

Passed the beach on the road home and it teaming with kids and their parents in what looked to be 30/40s all surfing and running up and down the beach, selfish utter cnuts these parents are :(

"You try entertaining kids couped up inside!" They'll say

Fcuk off for yourselves this is more important
