    So Ireland does not have enough quality pitches (with Clontarf undergoing renovations) that it cannot host all it's "home" fixtures!

    This year's T20 series against Bangladesh is therefore relocating to England

    Technically it's grounds of sufficient standard - cricket grounds have to be rated to hold ODIs/T20Is, and Ireland only has 4. Stormont in Belfast, Bready in the NW, Malahide and Clontarf in Dublin. Malahide costs a fortune to put a match on in, while Tarf is technically too small (it received it's rating before the minimum pitch dimensions were brought in).
