    That looked like a definite footblock from Diarmuid as well, lucky to get away with it.

    Playing alright but no denying the tactical flaws are still plain to see. AOS taking that last sideline sums that up. Lack of goal threat call ncerninh still.

    Overall though not too bad and regardless of the wind we should still have too much for Meath this half

    Normally players we talk about missing, but I'd swap 3 or 4 of them to have Donnie Buckley back on the line. Our tackling has been shocking all year, especially poor today.

    Defence has been cut wide open a few too many times with relatively pedestrian moves. Wind responsible for a lot of the handling errors, but clearly some (major) issues with the strategy there. A few of the forwards tracking back looking at sea.

    Disappointing showings from James D and Ryan so far. Though shot selection right throughout the team looking poor which isn't helping.

    A lot to work on for the second half (and rest of the year). Kev Mac's carrying might be very important yet. Fingers crossed.

    I think if we win it will be a case of Meath having too little. We have scored 7 points with a gale. Similar scoring and decision making last time out.
    What exactly was our gameplan first half?

    Hard to judge what it is in most league games. So many inexperienced lads out there especially in forwards

    Darren Coen or Reape need to be used, 100% would have been a better option than Loftus.

    The lack of movement from the forward line is so frustrating.

    Donoghue did well to hold onto it.
