Bj'ed,retail therapy 'd(I've no willpower, bought loads),big food shop, big fryup for the troops and the old folks, kitchen cleaned, washing on,I'm couchside while they're all roaring at the rugby, will go to vote and pick up wine(haven't had a glass in weeks),then light the fire and bunker down for the night, I love being inside on a stormy weekend night.

Have just seen Keelin Shanley has passed ... loved her ability to make people squirm under her questioning... only 51 I think ..

It’s a bit blowy outside. I am considering the couch as the extent of my ambition this evening.

Same here, especially for someone so young.

Homeside after voting. The wind is really starting to pick up now so I think I'll keep the couch company for the night.

    I'm in from the gale.
Vote cast and need to collect dry cleaning but I'm not facing the elements, can wait until next week.
    Dinner on and fire lit.

Vote done earlier. On match two now. Enjoying a cold one. Match three at 7pm. I cancelled lunch out on purpose. Mrs G getting pissed off with me as I'm acting the bollox. What she doesn't know is Ive booked a holiday for just the two of us and bribed Ms G so it can be just the two of us. Wanna see how mad she gets before I surprise her. A week with the sun on our backs.

Homeside. Can't vote as I'm not Irish, so I'm just chilling at home, enjoying the wind and some nice classical tunes.

Pot of soup is bubbling away in the kitchen, life is good :)

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Lighting the fire, and doing some preparatory work for the week ahead. Wondering whether I should have a fourth coffee of the day. Choices.

Match three on the big telly! More scoops too. Mrs G on the little telly in the kitchen. Smoke starting to appear from her ears. She's close to blast off!

Fourth coffee is a brewing...looking forward to the exit poll later.

Will it be on D'Arcy's show?

Have you ever had a day when you can't stop picking at stuff that you really shouldn't? Brother brought down fancy queen cakes and an apple tart earlier today , so far I've eaten two buns , hot tart and icecream , tortilla chips and salsa , and stew .
And it's only half seven yet , I'm doomed :D

Faking outrage at current match result. Mrs G is going up to bed for a read as she's sick listening to me. I have this. Honestly!

Voted and slipped out for 2 pints, could have stayed for the night, great atmosphere, roaring fire on but I'm a rock of sense as ye know so home and bought a bottle of w,no glasses when I went into the shop so Blossom Hill because I couldn't f*ing see what the others were lol .Troops are heading out ,I was going to mention the storm but I'd be wasting my breath, another one going babysitting and his girlfriend is now going with him, again I've kept my mouth shut bar mentioning Netflix and chill so I'm seemingly disgusting lol.House to myself, kinda😉
