    I disagree regional hospitals are essential. You're views on health care are elitist and only of benefit to large urban areas.

    The chances are that you're going to die in the A&E of one of the small regionals anyway. Outcomes have improved since the ones that managed to get closed did close.

    Dublin and Cork both have an insane number of A&Es for a city of their sizess too.
