  • With people living there full time? Not holiday parks now.

Aye, a friend of mine owns a mobile home park in Devon. Full-time residents.

  • With people living there full time? Not holiday parks now.

    Yep full time tenants

There are people living in static caravan parks full time in Ireland as well, I know someone who lived in Woodland Villas in Birr for about 15 years. Was very damp as I recall!

It’s a caravan park and they have loads of them dotted around the U.K. my brother has one in Lowestoft rented out

Weren't there full time tenants in Broadchurch also?

    As for other things...
Lockers in the hallways are common AF
My folks have dozens of medals from my school swim team at home

Rare for a "normal" school to have its own pool but we used to use the Churchfield pool (Cork) when it was still a 25M pool.

  • Oh, and we had lockers in school back in the 80s, in Dublin. No pool though.

  • The whole show is a tribute to John Hughes’ teenage movies, in particular the breakfast club. Not only the school is American but the houses are either unbelievably opulent or you live in a trailer park. No semi detached houses anywhere.
Otis' friend, lived in a fairly regular-looking (housing estate) house.
Yeah, I forgot about the trailer park, completely non-British. I wonder was it actually shot in the UK?
One of the regulars on the British Gogglebox lives in a caravan park in Hull.

  • Enjoyed this a few weeks back

According to the credits it was filmed in Wales

  • 5 episodes in, really enjoying it. Shows how that age of life can be quite bruising, whilst not taking itself ultra seriously. Poor Otis gets into some interesting situations...

  • Ah man, that penultimate episode had some heartbreaking moments. Very enjoyable show, one of the better Netflix efforts out there.

  • Also Otis telling his Ma to use a thesaurus. :pac:

Yeah some out by Clogherhead in Louth too, where that chap got shot.

  • Great, looking forward to it already. Really surprised myself by how much I enjoyed the first series.

  • Good. Very funny show.

  • Really hoping that they can *ahem* keep it up
Don't want it to flop and be over too quickly

No, no. I'm getting my coat and escorting myself out

    Yep, releases this Friday

  • Ooh didn't realise S2 was so soon, looking forward to this!

  • Season 1 was brilliant..

On ep 2 season 2 now..

They really are overdoing the vulgarity in it...it’s odd.

Maybe it will tone down, but it’s ridiculously forced so far. Not at all working..

I have seen the first 3 of season 2.
I totally disagree, incredibly sweet don't mind the odd bit of vulgarity :), ep3 was the best so far for me, the girl who plays Aimee is excellent
Step up from season 1 for me and I loved the first season.

  • Really good but not quite as good as S1 imo. Just want Otis and Maeve to get together:)

  • I am up to episode 7 now of season 2.
It's brilliant imo, love that the supporting characters are getting some more to do.

  • Still good fun but I don't like how the main premise of the show (the clinic) took such a backseat, made it more of a typical teen comedy/drama as a result. It didn't feel as fresh to me as season one.

    Also the ending:
was a big let down. Essentially a re-hash of the first series ending. Just get on with it!

  • Ya I thought it was good fun but this season story wise went nowhere, like when season 3 starts if you went from S1 into it S3 I doubt you feel you missed a whole series

Yeah I hated the ending especially what
Isaac did by erasing the voicemail
The new side characters were great and loved that
they didn't do a cliche relationship between Viv and Jackson
. I don't think the clinic really is the premise of the show , it's more about the kids getting answers/solutions to their sexual issues which as we saw
Jean helped with a lot of issues this season. I can't see the clinic coming back due it not being a secret anymore but I can see Jean maybe have more involvement in the sex education in the school
