Amazon Echo Dot 6.34GBP (22GBP with 15.66GBP cashback)

Mine still pending! Don't think it tracked so I tried to open a ticket, but I've no claim in the list so it said to raise a claim... But can't fill it in either. Maybe it's because I'm on my phone... Is there an easier way to contact support??

When I went to set up PayPal it just asked me for an e-mail address and after I put it in it seems to have grayed out everything so there doesn't seem to be any way for me to initiate the pay out. Some cowboy operation these lads.

You need to add a PayPal account email address, there should be a link on the page you're on now. Takes 72 hours to accept the address

Yeah I think that's what's happening. It wouldn't let me add a payment method until it became payable.

I might just do the bacs thing instead but can't use that for 72 hours either. Oh well, what's another 3 days I suppose :pac:

Yeah I cant see how to send a support ticket either, so i went for one of the other options like it was missing.

Thanks........ Its showing as payable now. I have to wait 72 hours as I only added my paypal account. It will probably go back to pending before I can transfer it.

Here are some notes that have helped members in a similar situation to yours.

Got to payable too and put it on an Amazon gift card before something went wrong. Great to get there in the end, an Echo Dot for £6.34 surely has to go forward for bargain of the year.
