Ok. Something I wonder is: why is Humpty Dumpty represented visually as an egg? There's no mention of this in the nursery rhyme.

Well, maybe it's because he shatters when he falls off the wall and they try to put him together again? Like I suppose eggs do break pretty easily. Then again I'm pretty sure a human would break if they fell from a great height too. This is food for thought

The conflict raged from 1642 to 1649, and in June of 1648, Humpty Dumpty was stationed on the walls of Colchester.
