Resistance bands

I'm looking to get some resistance bands to carry out the below stretch (@ 1m50), does it really matter which bands I get or is there a specific one I should be looking to pick up for this?

Doesn't really matter what level of resistance band you use because you can change the resistance based on how you hold it. In the video he holds it close to his foot to increase the resistance.

If you want to buy locally, you might want to give a broad description of what's local

I use bicycle inner tubes as resistance bands, you might already have one or know somebody who cycles who might have old ones or the wrong one. e.g. I had bought several for wheels which were then nicked.

Both Lidl and Aldi had them in last weekend.

Edit: BTW you can increase resistance by doubling up on the band you're using.

Its also useful to have open bands with handles at the end. I was just recently given an exercise to do , a preacher curl with the band handles on the bar and stretched to the floor held by a weight. its evil!
