Looks like the racing line to me, a lost tourist is more likely to join the roundabout first then try to go anticlockwise.

That's a very narrow bridge followed by a very steep turn and to be fair trucks usually stop for cars.

Van driver was beeping at the car to move forward like I did...took the turn anyway ... instantly calmed down when he saw the 2 big lads getting out of the car.

He seems to notice the dashcam as he's flying on to the bonnet. It's possible - I can't say as I've never been hit by a car - but it does seem a bit quick.

On 28th April last year, the 35-year-old motorcyclist was riding along Mortimer Street in Sheffield when he was hit head on by a driver travelling at 70mph on the wrong side of the road.

The victim suffered a broken back, a broken sternum and a broken wrist in the crash. He has since credited the protective gear he was wearing at the time with saving his life.
