Not sure, he only bought that swanky €1m house in Wicklow earlier in the year but he was spotted in London during the week. Was getting dogs abuse shouted at him.

    No way ,

    In London ?

He definitely needs a camera on his face.

I wonder if he is going to leave Ireland for a few years, surely he's going to get abuse where ever he goes. Or I'm a being too hopeful, we do have short memories and I suspect 99% of people probably wouldn't approach him. Maybe he can hide in kerry for a while.

The damage this one man has caused for future of football in Ireland is extraordinary.

The only place he wont get hassle is Kerry for "the mother of all welcomes" is there for him.

The Healy Raes will throw the digs with impunity again if any issue .

In our company audit BDO found out €57 was missing because someone didnt give in a receipt for petty cash, 57 ****ing euro. Wasnt an issue but they spotted it :)

I fail to believe Deloitte did not spot this in over 21 years, to cook books takes an awful lot of effort. Handy that JD is/was an accountant.

there is some doubt about him being an accountant ag all ?

But agree that , it just isn't believable that Deloitte didn't find something.

The irony of some Irish fellas shouting abuse at Delaney while they’re over watching Chelsea.

    Where is it?

Or whatever word. You know what I mean so don’t be acting the solicitor and come up with something better than that.

The match was a home game for Everton v Chelsea. Is Delaney a Chelski fan or an Toffee supporter.

Maxi. He went to the FAI HQ in 2006 with a petrol can and a dream.

    Pure magic.

    Threatened to set himself alight.

Then nearly had a heart attack when he poured the petrol on himself and some of it got in his eyes. :pac:

Wonder will the FAI aknowledge his wisdom before the the next home international, he could have saved Irish football millions.

I suspect JD is so egotistical that at some point he'll come out of hiding to do an interview and try clear his name. I'd love to see Vincent Browne get his hands on him.

Of course he will tell his story, that is if the FAI havent gagged him. There is a hell of a story there...
    - Board who let him run wild without control
    - Signing off his own contracts and having lads sing his praise
    - People in power helping him along his way
    the list goes on...

I suspect however he has signed a gagging deal with the FAI to ensure others dont get drawn into all this.

Pay offs usually come with an NDA.

Was thinking he would love to do an interview , to try make up an excuse, breakdown of relationship, drink addiction, depression , or his love of the game and people caused him to make an error of judgment. The last would be a real Delaney one.

But this is so bad, there is no way out in this route.

    Even John , can't try that - I think

His mate who likes to bribe politicians owns enough media outlets to sort him out with a sobjob.

Honestly it past a sob story , can't see this.

I'd say he will get a job in Africa , Some Arab state , Caribbean, Russia or some other despot set up or Fianna Fail an option here.

Also , he has done that about 3 times already.

    Wife
    Girlfriend
    Divorce
    Was my birthday
Just got carried away in celebrations
    Legal advice
Was a loan , to help out a cash flow issue

He kind of has used up all the excuses

The fai paid his legal fees for his legal actions but JD kept all the compo. No wonder he was dishing out legal letters for fun.
