I was very interested to hear of this judgement. I always felt that it was very unfair that some people may not have had an opportunity to pay the original fine due to circumstances outside their control (they didn't receive the fine).

I would like to hear what others think of the decision and the potential implications.

You did indeed when we discussed it previously in relation to fair procedures, the judgement will be interesting to read, I believe it's a joined case and I'm sure we can expect an appeal to the SC.
