    Instead he wants to spend 80k+ on garage to store wet suits and so his young lad can do a bit of wood carving.

    Ah, here, who is being hired here? You'd stick up a decent 3 bed for 110K, not just a "shed".

    Wouldn't fancy waking up with a hangover at 6am on a bright summer's morning to the sound of tennis prodigies smashing a rally next door!

    Looking up property in Tramore they got ripped off so bad. They paid through the nose for a site with a house ready for demolition.
    I get that people are bad with money.... But this is ridiculous.

    Planning should be ok as they are not exactly over looking people at the back. A few months delay is a big balls for the builder but right for the house.

    Jesus, they have no concept of planning. If they were doing it themselves they could wing it and go for retention but doubt the show would want to go down that path.
