I agree, he seems fine talking normally about players, like you say it was grating.

He's been asked to do it by Rte. He's a rugby player working as a pundit for the first time.

Maybe I'm being unfair but I suspect if anyone other than Heaslip read that out no one would bay an eyelid.

His in game commentary is quality, his studio commentary is detailed and informed. If he isn't natural reading out a team sheet im not going to lose any sleep over it.

Anyway back to the rugby.

Ah Zangief, the only character I cleared Street Fighter 2 with!

I have some FOMO of not being there watching the crowd build as I sit here with my reason for not going (6 month old) ... he just farted and laughed though so we’re all good.

Hopefully Ireland do a job on the Japanese lineout, kill that platform.
