On the road with work but not too far from home. Having sandwiches and orange juice before the usual review of the day. Planning a stop off at a decent Chinese takeaway enroute home later. May have a sneaky late night beer. Only a 15 second walk to the tech desk in the morning.ðŸ˜

Had a busy day in work, home and fed.

Heading to the gym shortly to give a swimming (free style) lesson, I'll try get in at least 500m after I'm finished.

Busy day but home dinner cooked and eaten by 6pm.

The rumours must be true. Mate of mine told me the DF finishes up for the day at 4.30pm and that there's a queue of cars waiting to leave the barracks from around 4pm onwards. Obviously true.

Couch side trying to rush digest my dinner so I can eat popcorn at IT pt2 later! :D

Don't bring that nonsense in here Paddy, there's enough threads to snipe in.

How on earth did that happen? Honestly you'd want to have a thick skin to survive that thread anyway - who knew biscuits were so cut-throat.

Mam your dinner sounds nice, though I'd sub the cauliflower for a big bowl of macaroni with cheese (yum) and Grandeood I might join you in a little tipple tonight, I got through lots of work today and only have a mere hop and jump across the floor for work in the morning :D

I’m shocked and appalled that it’s even in question what the superior biscuit is. It’s toffeepops. Clearly. What’s wrong with you all!!

When I was growing up, lads would be known for being 'mad for the Jaffa cakes'. It's about the most derogatory slur you could lay on somebody. It was basically another way of calling someone a police informer. Strange, but true.

In bed feeling sick and very sorry for myself. I’ve been off form for a few days and haven't slept more than a couple of hours each night since last week. Had to go home from work early last night due to constantly feeling on the verge of throwing up.

I have a hen party this weekend. I can’t be getting sick.

On the plus side, my housemate brought me crackers and ginger ale. She’s a sweetheart.

Just me, they placed a digit wrong apparently and it should be in tomorrow, I'll see it when I believe it -_-.
Idcsay they didn't set up his details in time. He can bring us all out to dinner when he gets 2 weeks next week. I'll start looking at restaurant, my vote is for Italian.
    Autosport wrote: »
Are we dining in Cork if so Scuzzis it is :)
Only if Seph pays our travelling and hotel costs. Bit dodgy trying to get home after drinking the restaurant dry.
    Autosport wrote: »
Seph is paying for our hotel ( well he is now) :D we won't have far to walk and he will cover all transport to cork costs :)

Now to get the lingo right :D Cork Bhoy!!!
    I'll practise bhoy.
Well Seph will have double pay next week so ...

What in the name of holy moly  I'm not that well paid  😩😩

Lying on the bed, an early night tonight after many convivial marathon French dinners with friends.
After all the eating and drinking I’ve been doing since I got here, there’s a danger I might sink the ship on the way home. But for now, moar wine :pac:

    Thank you Mam. :)

Glad to hear all's good with you. I'm not surprised you're happy once everyone else is well. You're definitely a giver (ahem! :D ). You can tell by your posts.
