Anyone a member here, whats it like, is the weigths section any good, lot of machines and dumbbells, squat racks.
Is it very busy at 5pm ish.

Yes to everything, pay the one day and try it out, its only a tenner or something, you will be queuing for the racks at that time and the cardio but the bench area should be ok
