I’ve been on the dating scene a little while now and I’ve come across a (small) number of men who believe that a woman can orgasm through penetrative sex alone. I had an incident recently where he said he’d make it happen through sex and when I explained no, I can’t achieve an orgasm that way, he was shocked and smugly said “Every girl I’ve been with has cum that way, you must’ve been with the wrong guys.”

Why do some guys not know that orgasm is achieved through the clitoris? I know that’s it’s possible to achieve an orgasm through sex alone but it’s certainly rare.

So AH men, did you know this? And AH women, have you faked an orgasm through sex because you didn’t have the heart to tell him that’s not how it works, or for some other reason?

It’s been irking me for a while now and I want to get to the bottom of it!

Lack of education, porn, and partners faking it most likely. Or they are skilled (or can hit the right spots) / were lucky with the partner they were with who was someone who can come through penetrative sex.

Orgasm through vaginal penetration exclusively, I can tell you, is definitely possible - but a lot more factors come into play - this is where things get complicated.

Where's the vast vast vast majority of the time, sex without clitoral stimulation can be a pleasant "close" experience, it's often just - kind of numb.

Not going to get explicit but, I can tell you that when gratification is being induced via penetration exclusively - there's absolutely no mistaking it (as a man saying that - it's not "numb". i mean you basically feel the process at work and it's unmistakable - not to mention, particularly awesome).

The last piece of information I'm going to leave in regards to this - there must be, and I get it's a little taboo - but to experience this, the man in question must have an element of forcefulness to his demeanor.

Not physical forcefulness - no, absolutely not.

Emotional forcefulness more so, I would say.

Clitoral stimulation is certainly very important and usually necessary - at least partly - for a lady to orgasm. As usual your exact mileage may vary, but I would suggest to you that your smug Lothario was with women who were faking it, and his expertise didn't extend to spotting it. Well... The "types" are highly dubious as far as research goes.
