Paul Cowzer at Rush Fight Academy does all sorts of fitness training for women. Don't be put off my the club name, he does non contact females fitness classes.

Since you're in Lusk you might know the Dennis family?.. Ellie Dennis is a personal trainer too but I'm not sure exactly what she's up to these days.

Also i specific fitness rush i know them from.another gym and they decent.
