I would hazard a guess that you don't watch GAA and so don't know what you're talking about. Sure, there is some messing in particular Football games, but there are not many fights to be found in Hurling.

You're well entitled to dislike MMA Woke Hogan. I only wanted a gauge of what was acceptable to you and what wasn't. I did watch it a lot up until a few years ago, no more than a passing interest in it anymore.

Not true. I've seen hurling games that resemble the kind of crap you'd see in Dublin city centre at 3am on a Sunday morning. Some absolute knackers in that sport

I would imagine they'd have developed a fine sense of who's an arsehole and who isn't these days. My old Shotokan sensei used to say the "instant kickers" were a big problem in the old days, you know, the fellas who were only interested in learning how to beat people up properly. Interestingly enough, a mate of mine only recently took up MMA training in a gym up Ballyvolane way. The same fella is about 6'4'', but the most unlikely MMA merchant you'd see in a long days walk.
