They feel completely different to natural, not much give in them. Probably not as bad if someone went from say a C to a D, as opposed from an A to a C or whatever....

Only felt the pre implant (not a surgeon or a serial killer).

But, a more expensive surgery is implanting beneath the muscle, which means you'll not be able to feel the difference.

Almost all implants are now placed under the muscle, mine certainly were and believe me they still don’t feel natural. Way back they used to be placed on top of the chest muscle , but it rarely gives a good result so it’s not done now.
Also in terms of breast cancer and detecting lumps it’s far preferable to have implants under the muscle so scans can scan actual breast tissue.

My implants always felt hard and not as warm to the touch as real breasts. Because I’m quite tall and slim they always looked “fake” and I spent more time in baggy tops and jumpers trying to disguise the fakeness than I did in plunging necklines showing lots of cleavage

I had them for 10 years and never liked them - not exactly big at 36 C .......but they just looked fake . Natural is best :P

Real ones have a lot more character in my experience, which isn't that impressive, but I have been in Canadian and American strip clubs and you're allowed to touch them, and squeeze them, and twist them. It's an adult version of Bop It kind of, except that you can't really bop them I don't think.

What I will say is that although they don't have the character of real ones, you'd still happily spend 15 minutes having them in your face and her putting your hands all over them.

Well just feeling my own here Id say voluptuous, bouncy and the right amount of squishiness. So fake I'm thinking is the opposite.
