Limerick-Spin Class Recommendations?

    Could anyone in Limerick city and Castletroy area suggest a really good spin class (Pay As You Go basis)? Looking for something with good music, motivational and not just a series of hillclimbs :rolleyes:

    Very interested in this as well, used to do the classes in Gogym, but changed jobs and it’s just too much hassle to get out there now.

    embody fitness in castletroy shopping centre do pay as you go spin classes.

    The altitude gym in Delta do spin as well, don't know about pay as you go though

    Studio one in annacotty is another option
