Went to claim Kit Kat that I was given this morning and it didn't work. Tried it in two stores, just said it was gone. I had swiped and redeemed on the spot

If glanman redeemed it in the first store it wasn't going to work in the second, even if it hadn't been scanned in 1st one. They were store specific.

Oh ya I know, it was counting down to redeem so was totally fine. interesting to see if anyone else has a problem.

had two codes to redeem and same thing happened on both, came up invalid.

regarding it coming back, have been told from HQ that it will be back, similar to when they do a week where they have a free coffee with every 25 litres or more of fuel for example

I don't know about being store specific. I redeemed one for Douglas and took a screenshot. A couple of days later I used it in Carrigaline. The 2 stores are about 3-4 miles apart.
