    GET THE GANG TOGETHER
BRING YOUR FRIENDS INTO THE MESS.
Giving London back to the people doesn't have to be some heroic solo jaunt, ya know. Bring the fight online to join forces with up to three friends as you take on entirely new co-op missions and challenging end-game content.

    ANYONE?!
YEP. ANYONE FROM THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF LONDON IS PLAYABLE.

Lokks great...something I never thought I'd say about a Watchdogs game. Very interested

Unlike a lot, I was hoping they'd go back to the tone of the first one. Couldn't bring myself to play more than a few hours of the second one, as I keep referring to it as too hipster, just was not my kind of humour and look/feel at all. This looks like it's gone from that to bat sht crazy, but I'm not excited for it. I want to see more, but you can recruit anyone and they all have their own back stories, etc? Sounds like a lot of repetition to me, but I'll await to hopefully be surprised!

Yeah I despised WD2 as well, wanted to kill all of them (even my own character) after suffering 2 hours of hipster edgelord bull**** and never played it again. This is not a day 1 buy for me anyway but it looks interesting so will see what the reception is like before picking it up.

I'm so happy you said that, I was beginning to think my view of it being overly hipster was just me! They somehow managed to even make the bikers hipster!

Haha, maybe that's why I got about 90 mins in and turned it off myself :D

I played WD2 for maybe 12-15 hours. Yeah, the hipster stuff was grating on me after about 10 minutes. There was a lot to like about the game as the gameplay was generally fun and varied, but I just lost interest in it and the hipster stuff was definitely a big factor in that. I think in terms of tone, finding a middle ground between the WD1 and WD2 would serve the franchise well. I'm certainly hopeful about Legion, but trepidatious nonetheless

I prefered the darker feel of the first Watch Dogs game. Anyway, I'm looking forwards to Legion.

Umm regardless of tone(this is a thing now in games?) and hipster characters. WD1 is a boring game with boring activities, 2nd one is much better in a "game you can play type way".

*twirls ends of moustache* I disagree!

I really enjoyed WD1, and I can't recall all the issues people had with it. I remember playing a brooding character doing dodgy things all in the name of fairness and clarity. I really enjoyed it, even the driving, and the darker tone was more fitting to a hacking type gta clone. People automatically hated this because it didn't look like the CGI they showed a year earlier, and we all know that once you're on the 'haven't played it but I know it's terrible' bandwagon, it's hard to get off it.

Then in WD2 they tried to make it all trendy and hip and cool and with it and edgy and colourful and turned it into a brash in your face look how cool we are Saints Row clone, but was nowhere near as fun as Saints Row. I felt like they tried way too hard in WD2 and it fell flat for me.

This, while it does appear less hipster, still seems a bit OTT but not in a fun way. Like, when I saw the Saints Row trailers, I could immediately tell I would enjoy the game. This, again, feels like they're trying too hard to do something that's already been done. Just the feeling I'm getting from it.

Then again, last year has ruined gaming for me, with the awesomeness of AC: Odyssey just doing everything right for a massive fun filled playground, to the tighter absolute perfection of God of War. Since them, I'm finding it very hard to really get into a game, because they are a new level of quality and expectations I now have.

Looks good for the sneaky types but the end with the pure action didnt look well, could be the lad playing it was terrible tho ran out into the open and died.

Also members of the press and influencers are playing preview builds this week so we will probably get more details on Sunday. The red circle in one of the images could be from one of these people.

Just saw it's being added to PS Now though, so I presume it'll be on Gamepass too. Try and generate interest/buzz for Legion.

I generally find it a pain in the hole to manage more than 1 character. This game really doesn't look like it's for me!

I don’t like to put so much weight on just one person on a massive team, but Clint Hocking’s involvement is genuinely the thing that has gotten me cautiously interested in a Ubisoft open world game for the first time in a decade. Here’s hoping it has that same emergent, unusual energy as Far Cry 2 - just hopefully not quite as repetitive!
