    Extra time in the Holland v England game. Pouring a brandy as a neutral. If I was English, I'd be drinking the bottle!

    I love the cold when its outside and the oil is pumping through the burner, heating up inside. Anyway, back to the football!:D

    Home and almost time for the sack.

    Delighted I got out earlier, although not for a run or cycle. I went to Judo, then down to the beach with my backpack, bino's a Kindle where I chilled for almost two hours.. It was magic and I reluctantly left the beach close to 10pm.

    Hotel room day #11...... starting with a Nespresso, then the gym followed by lunch.

    It's so nice to be back to a normal daytime schedule :)

    Getting ready for work. Can barely move after a horse riding lesson yesterday. First proper lesson in a long time, and everything hurts, but in a good way, feel fab after it, didnt realise how much I missed it....

    Clinging to the bed before having to get up and head to work. Apparently I’m in to set up, but when I walked through the function room yesterday it all looked pretty set up to me. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll be sent home early? :D
