    From reading between the lines from people here and elsewhere, it's their own gang killing (Gucci) them for whatever reason, and the zombie is been put out there as a scapegoat.

    Long Term Career Development doesn’t seem to be high priority with these guys .

    Career Guidance and Professional Mentoring is really letting these Guys down .

    Also it doesn’t seem very Female Friendly . How come no politician is ‘ Pushing “ Equality in this Field ?

    That's what I thought, but was wondering where the connection came from.

    I know there doesn't need to be one, but did it just come from nowhere or was there a legit connection to help them sell the story?

    The rags are talking up the Iranian lad as a big time hitman, saying Little had worked as his driver. How big of a player was this Iranian then? Seen stuff on here saying he was just a junkie etc. Was he tasked with taking out the lads last week from the inside and they've hit back?

    On the grapevine
    Davis owed about 70grand to his 'Boss'.Went on the run for a while and really p1ssed his boss off.Got 50k together ,gave it to his ma who gave it to the boss man.Boss man says youre alright now but its only a set up so David comes out of hiding cos the Boss wants to make an example of Davis for going on teh run for so long and not paying the full amount .David thinks hes ok and comes out of hiding.
    Boss tells Sean to take davis out.Jumbo refuses so boss gets Jumbo to meet the iranian thinking hes going to do a drop off.Iranian takes out Sean.
    Iranian was sussed as being the shooter so the Boss gets iranian to go up to the funeral 'to show his respects' and take blame from him.But ,its a set up so the Boss can take out the iranian so Seans murder wont come back on him.

    There's no receipts in this game. The lads are all using their own supply and spending the cash as quick as its coming in, they're always gonna end up in trouble.

    Poor human resources management. He'll end up with very demotivated staff, could be looking at retention issues, possibly loss of staff to competitors, training costs in their replacement.
    A few away days, team building, salary benchmarking, a robust PMDS system, with clear corporate objectives and well defined KPIs might help.
