    On the PSNI website in the freedom of information disclosure logs 2019 under human resources it says that the PSNI anticipates their next Student Officer recruitment campaign will launch in Spring 2020.

    Good job! Im not far after you. Good luck for PCA we can all do it just go at it maximum effort its a matter of minutes worth such a big reward. If that isnt drive enough to completely smash it I dont know what is :)

    I was so surprised. Didnt expect it so soon. Approx 4-6 weeks time. So i may get my ass in gear and up the fitness.

    Got an email as well! So nervous. Anyone else who got the email going to the familiarisation session/know exactly what it involves? Do you just get to do a practice run?

    From reading previous posts in previous campaigns, I don't think that you are allowed to do an entire practice run of the course in one go. You are however allowed to attempt certain parts of the course, to get a feel of what that particular part is like.

    Greyhound79 is right, you don’t get a complete practice run but you get to complete each obstacle as many times as you like. Very worthwhile going to!

    I would have thought you got your vetting documents to complete before been given a PCA date. That’s how FT was anyway. If you’ve got your PCA date, I’d expect them imminently!

    Start thinking about your vetting now while waiting. Make a list of previous addresses with accurate dates, work history, supervisor details etc!
