Poor stuff really. AI looks like it's in Munster this year.

    Absolutely. Bang average.

Weird to say both teams threw that away. Galway should have taken a point with those goal chances before that save from Callanen

TJ or Joe would have nailed that last chance

    Wexford are seriously poor

Galway nearly as bad but at least they’ve potential with a full team back

They were at home, and were outplayed. Very poor stuff from Galway, not a hope they are winning an all Ireland this year.

Think Wexford will feel more disappointed not to have won that. Lee Chins free taking was awful. Leinster looking very even so far this year.

It's looking more likely that it will be Kilkenny for Leinster atm.

Bar a massive shock than on the 8th June Waterford and Carlow will be finished for the year as its could be respectively there last group games

Looking like both Munster and Leinster will go down too the wire

Depressing stuff from a Waterford point of view too be done so early. Need a massive massive effort next Sunday.

Only because they have TJ Reid, the rest of their team is bang average. Same as what Galway look like when Joe isn’t playing.

I am not sure Galway are going to make it out of Leinster unless they get a fit Joe Canning back ASAP.

He's out for the Leinster championship at least

The last 15 was close and quite exciting.

The rest of the game was truly awful. Some of the wides were atrocious. Chin will never be as poor again surely. Galway were rudderless.

The quality of hurling was extremely poor. Yes, it was windy but at times it was junior B level. The decision making by both sides, the passing, the shooting, the atmosphere, all very poor.

Galway were not good but I never felt they were being outplayed because Wexford were just as bad. Ultimately it was two teams both playing poorly. Even allowing for the wind.

Munster champions have an awful record in All Ireland Semi Finals. Early days yet, no clear favourite has emerged.

You cant play hurling in Salthill. The place is for kites only. A swirling wind is incompatible with hurling..its about 1 out of 5 games that the conditions are conducive to hurling. Today's game was terrible

Agreed about salthill for hurling or football for that matter Tis easier get from east and south Galway to Tullamore than get in and out of salthill.
No leaders on that Galway team. A piss poor performance with or without the wind

Muster championship has be awful so far. Wat/Clare was the only semi competitive game.

I cant ever remember a good game of hurling in Salt Hill and not too many in football either.

Salthill has nothing to do with the good of football and hurling in the county and is only about vested interests and egos. Useless stadium for both players and spectators. Players can't perform as they should and spectators can't get in or out of it.

Was it specifically directed at Cody?

He's probably right though in fairness. I know he hasn't helped himself over the years but he gets away with nothing that other managers would.

Cody does it more discreetly then Davy I would say.

I reckon Tipp will have the beating of ourselves next weekend and could see them motoring on from there.

You have to give the Wexford lads the credit for digging in and retrieving what looked like lost games this week and against Dublin.

Someone mentioned Chin missing a free or two, but he is invaluable to that team. Drags them out of holes.

Leaves Dublin needing big win over Carlow and to beat Galway to have any chance/

The chances he missed from open play were as bad if not worse.
