    Son Out
    Quaner Out

    Zaha IN
    Spacecraft IN

    (-4)

20 points behind my two main rivals in two separate leagues. Needed the differential picks

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,254 ✭✭✭✭km79

Son to Pogba most likely, have 3 Pool and City already so not sure who else to get, 9.4 available
Somebody in a bit of form ?
    Anyone else ?
    Take your pick

Need a miracle to get into the cash in my ML. I've had some fall from grace since February, just looking back at Feb and March and they killed my OR.

Need to gain around 20 points on about 4 other ML players ahead of me!!

    Ideas?

I’m in the same boat 20 points of 3rd in a 50 player league. Currently in 6th probably an awful strategy but I’m contemplating a -12 (3 wolves and Son) and getting very punty. Looking at Southampton and Palace lads. Need to do something.

Robbo off injured at half time. Not ideal!

    Team is in tatters
Really disappointing end to the season
May well take a hit now

I was thinking of Laporte in anyway, so it might be Robbo to make way rather than any of the cheap wasters

I might also keep Jota and Jimi too. Away to Liverpool is the kind of game they excel in, and with Pool likely to attack plenty, hopefully there'll be space to exploit.

And I'm one point behind in my league, so don't need many sudden movements

Have to replace son and Roberson unless hear some good news.
Alexander and b Silva but maybe I'll take a hit to try and work aguero in somehow.

It's gonna be strange having the 2pm Sunday deadline. It's nice when the deadline passes on a Saturday morning and you can stop thinking about tranfers for a few days.

Is there anything to be said for another Wildcard?? :-)

Have a 14 point lead over main money league rival...he has 2 FT and double Man City attack.

I have no City attack, and need to get rid of Son and Firmino.

Would love to get Zaha in ideally but thinking Firmino to Agueroooo and Son to Fraser is probably the sensible move (???)

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,149 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

    Lucas in for Hazard :pac:

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,083 ✭✭✭Chesty08

Was all set on Lacazette to Aguero & Son to Milijevic. But Robbo injury has scuppered that.

It was for a hit too. .4 short of Laca & Robbo to TAA & Aguero.

Could continue with it & play Digne v Spurs or just do Robbo to TAA/Laporte & start Long & Lacazette

Any advice? I’m 7 points ahead of 1 rival left

    I'll do Robertson to VVD.

When the deadline passes on Sunday, you won't have to think about transfers for 2 whole months!

For those punting I reckon Richarlison.

I think Everton will beat Spurs. Spurs won't care about the game. They'll be on a 2 day bender from last night and imagine they'll be extremely cruise control on Sunday.

The possibility they may even rotate 1 or 2 with fear of Injury for the final.

It's not exactly Merson and Adams they have in their squad, is there anyone at all in that squad that you think would be capable of a 2 day bender?

The English lads + Jan definitely :pac:

Jan was the one I considered. Looks like he'd have some strong Belgian thing in a weird glass. Trippier and Rose looks like they'd make light work of a box of Carling.

i have no idea now what I will do
32 points ahead in main league. Prob need a win in FSA League 1 game to secure promotion and I will be up against a TC
    Not against taking a hit
Robertson prob won't play. Firmino either. Brooks not sure.

First time all season I have done this.......help

    Dubravka (ful) Ryan (MCI)
Robertson (WOL) Valery (HUD) AWB (BOU) Doherty (liv) Duffy (MCI)
Salah (WOL) JWP (HUD) Sterling (bri) brooks (cpl) jota (liv)
    Aguero (bri) Jiminez (liv) Firmino

Any rotation and I am in deep doo doo especially if it is Valery/JWP

I had a few differentials in mind from Palace, Lecister and Fulham!!!!! But now I don't know what to do. I am loathe to sell Robertson for Laporte even if it makes a lot of sense. I wanted to make a fun transfer or 2 and who knows what Doherty could do.............

    Any suggestions appreciated

I'd get vardy in for firminho. Chelsea will be taking it easy and vardy on fire and I doubt firminho will play

Thanks that is exactly what I had in mind too
But it won't leave room for my midfield punt unless I take a hit..........

    Oops
    Jota
I'm more likely to play him than jiminez based on recent form

Thinking Hazard/Jimenez to either Salah/fodder or Milo/Vardy for -4.Or just Jiminez to Zaha, need to gamble though.

It’s hard to give advice for only one game week.

I think you need to work out what you want the most.

Is it to win your main league, the h2h or your overall rank ?

I’m guessing it is main league so I wouldn’t be taking a hit.

I think Saints will have first 11 out.

I’d be looking to block. Does your main rival have a player you’re afraid could haul you in ? If so then buy him.

Otherwise no hit and sell Firmino for Vardy.

Jota or Jimenez first sub is the tough call.

Deulofeu, well I am playing him this week anyway!

Is pogba in for hazard madness or genius? Can't see Chelsea doing much at Leicester after last night

I think Pogba might be a shrewd move.

I might get him in for Son. I think Haz might still start at the weekend.

Looks like I will be playing triple wolves unless I take a hit as brooks is confirmed out now
Can I really face into this gameweek then with duffy as my only playing sub ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,254 ✭✭✭✭km79

I’ll reiterate what I said last week
Pogba has ZERO form and zero interest in staying at the club
    Nothing to play for
    If he plays at all
There is a lot of youth players gonna be in the squad
    Valencia also going to play

Redmond? That assuming Southampton don't rotate players being the last match.

I think Solskjaer will play a few youngsters in this match and people he thinks are part of his plans going forward. It has been a terrible week for United public relations wise with the performance against Huddersfield and the rest of the top 5 still will something to play for. Think they will comfortably beat Cardiff but what the line up is is the million dollar question.

Klopp has just said Robbo and Henderson should be fine.....do I trust him though?????
    Firmino out
Easily the worst transfer I made this season considering who I took out and that he took up the 3rd pool spot

Think he will play. No fracture or ligament damage. Players often recover in 3 or 4 days after a bang. Bare in mind, Liverpool can still win the league Sunday & there is 3 weeks til the Champions League Final.

I’m not taking him out now & will have Digne as 1st sub.

    Gonna go with

    Lacazette to Aguero
    Son to Miliojevic/Siggy or Richarlison

Or could just do Laca to Vardy and play Long over Son

    How mant FT have you?
If only one then second option is fine imo

Sorry. Yes I only have 1 FT.

My main rival in 2 leagues is only 7 points behind & has Aguero. So a hit will drop that to 3 points.

On the other side, I think he will captain him which I’m not keen on doing (I’m going Salah) so it probably defeats the purpose of taking a hit to bring him in

    I have 1 FT
    Son and Firmino out.
    I already have Tielemans.
Would I be mad to get Vardy in for Firmino?

My other option is to go -4...Firmino and Son ----> Josh King and Sterling.

    My squad with 0.2 ITB...

    Lloris
    TAA Laporte Valery
    Mane Tielemans Hazard Son
    Aguero Firmino Jimenez

    Foster Camarasa Boly Duffy

Camarasa is likely injured and I can't see Boly or Duffy getting a thing, so an aggressive -4 could be worth it, despite my conservative nature!

    !

I'd do the 2 transfers for -4 but I wouldn't get Josh King as his form has tailed off. Can you afford Mitrovic instead? He's up against his old team, strong in the air and Newcastle can't defend set pieces.

Is it worth taking a hit for Aguero? The other player will be bench fodder (although could play if Redmond is rested). Rival has Aguero, and I'm 20 pts clear. Trying to block him essentially, and have a feeling he'll take a hit this gw too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,505 ✭✭✭but1er

-15 behind 2 free transfer, need something left field to try catch him now. Thinking Ryan babel and Seamus Coleman, babel playing for a transfer next year home and Coleman away to spurs who have given up I hope
