Can someone please just put up an episode 3 Death Poll?

Loved the scene between Dany and Sansa, think it shows that Dany has underestimated Sansa between all the talk of being there for love and the "The North is beautiful, as are you" stuff...
Sansa made that exact same mistake when she approached Lyanna Mormont for men to join Jon in taking back Winterfell. She tried to flatter her by saying her mother was a great beauty and it didn't wash. Sansa learned she couldn't flatter her way through the North and would have to earn their respect.

It's not. They stayed up all night and the NK got to Winterfell as dawn is breaking so we'll have a good daylight battle ;)

While that's what it seems like from episode 2, every single cast member has mentioned the horrendous night shoots in Belfast so I reckon it'll be dark for the majority of it instead

Didn't Tormund say they'd arrive before sunrise tomorrow?
End of the episode also shows them pretty much outside Winterfell ready to attack

I think the battle scene will be very interesting.

We seen during the last series that the dead are more than capable of waiting it out if needs be so it might not be a balls to wall episode, even though its penciled in for nearly 80 mins it could very well be stretched out over 2 episodes before we see the end of the battle of Winterfell.

Also, from this point on, it going to be a lot of theory and guessing and the fact that with only 4 episodes left we dont know how its going to all play out is pretty startling.

Personally im not bothered with who survives or who sits on the throne as long as Euron and Cersei get their comeuppance. :pac:

It won't. Dawn is already breaking so they are entering the battle in daylight!

Does anyone else think we might see
some cameo zombie starks in the Winterfell crypts
? Unlikely, but it could happen.

Definitely dying in the next couple of episodes:
Grey Worm, Brienne (saving Jamie), Davos, Jorah, Gendry, Theon (protecting Bran).

On another note, I'm not sure how any of ye can stomach watching those leaked stream rips. I'd rather wait till Monday evening and pull the highest quality 1080p version available. I'd wait for Tuesday if it meant getting it in 4K. Those rips just look awful on a decent TV.

I was surprised nobody suggested it to him (but I think they all avoid talking to him).

You know what I love about this show now... The fact that all the people watching right now are going through the ringer in terms of getting attached to characters, wondering what's gonna happen, the anticipation etc. The next round of people that will discover this show won't go through the same thing because you know what they'll do after watching last night's episode, they'll watch s08e03 immediately. And it won't be the same

Maybe it's just me but struggle greatly to wait a week between episodes. I want to watch them straight away, I don't care for the anticipation etc. Lose interest having to wait. Thank god for Netflix.

...any chance HoDo (or whatever his name was/is) will be among the dead army. Be interesting if he comes up against Bran

Watch the show legally. How can anybody who is a GoT fan watch this on a pirate stream is beyond me.
It costs millions to make an episode. Pay for content.

I always thought that related to being the TER and could use Ravens, hence flying.

If HBO and Sky made it more readily accessible then I gladly would. Not my fault they don't make it available without getting Sky TV or using the awful now TV.

I've been using the nowtv stick and it's working perfectly plugged into the tv.

Got the entertainment package for 2 months for €20 - absolute bargain.

I'm admittedly wearing an eye patch and a wooden leg, but the way I contribute to it is by buying the Blu-ray when it comes out. If I like something I buy it, if I don't... fuck 'em.

My TV has a NowTV app on it so I just got the 3 month pass for 20 quid online. Brilliant value and I'm making the most of it by finally watching the sopranos and veep for the first time.

I'm too poor - I had Sky for many years including when GoT was on so I figure I've kind of paid my dues. Nobody asked to be part of the capitalist system.

I will agree though that watching it and even talking about it before the official air date though seems just disrespectful. I'm not sure if those people think they're cool to watch it before other people, there is no advantage in doing this. You realize it's now broadcast on Sky Atlantic at the same time as HBO in the US (2:00 am Sunday)?

A really good episode, much better than the first - a few of those were sorely missing from S7 which was just one headlong rush from start to finish. The dialogue and character interaction was much better in this episode than the first episode, and it's done a great job of setting the scene for what's inevitably going to be one of the most anticipated episodes ever - and 1hr 22m too!

The problem with the show is that the first six seasons were set up like it was going to be a show with 10 seasons or even beyond, so the flow between 1-6 and then 7 is pretty bad as the pacing is completely different. I mean more happened in some episodes of S7 then almost happened in entire previous seasons for example.

They say this was their plan all along but it doesn't feel that way at all. I can't even see at this point how they can do it justice with just 4 episodes left, even if some are extended length.

The cinematic equivalent would be LOTR having a three hour Fellowship, three hour Two Towers, and then just a 60 minute Return of the King.

This was a good episode though, and obviously I still love GOT, but I feel they needed 3 more seasons of 10 episodes building on S6 to do it proper justice.

Not going to get too much into speculation about next week's episode but I hope it's wild, unpredictable and shocking....and not the predictable affair I fear it could end up being. GOT has completely lost it's hallmark 'no one is safe' schtick since S6, and I really hope it comes back in the last few episodes.

I really loved this episode, especially where they were all sitting around the fire and Brienne being knighted. In one way I'm looking forward to next weeks episode but in another way I'm dreading it as I like so many of the characters that are remaining and I hate to think of them being killed off.

I think the Night King not being present in that final shot really says an awful lot.

The only reason they wouldn't show him...somewhere...is that he's not there.

    He's on the dragon.

I don't doubt that but not showing him even standing near the dragon ready to mount or hovering over the army...

    It's odd if he's there.

I wonder is he off to attack King's landing on Viserion...

If I recall correctly I remember seeing a dragons shadow flying over kings landing in previous flash backs and visions that characters had.
