Sterling to Salah, so long as Salah gets through tomorrow unscathed.

    Salah in for TC

Looks like KDB out. Just got him in for a hit FS

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,654 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Not sure what to do with KDB now. Have Mané but no Salah. Would take a - 8 to get him in. Might just take my chances and tc Mané though I don't trust him at all.

Think it'll be VVD for Trippier

With Huddersfield being the only game Liverpool might consider resting players in could Origi be worth a punt?

We might get rumours or early line up Friday evening too..

No, it's not like he bangs them in. Too many ifs for it to be worthwhile

Aguero and deeney to auba and firmino is my thinking atm

Did you see the Porto game..... he won’t be starting.

Always figured I'd do a 3 transfer -4 for this week. Two tasks I have for leaving the DGW is getting a Liverpool attacker and making someone fodder. Or kinda fodder also known as Hudson-Odoi.

Can do Eriksen and Son out
for Salah and Camarassa back in

    for a -4

I'm missing having Cammie in my team

    Son was electric midweek
Again today ( although no fantasy points)
And has West ham at home next week when he is damn near guaranteed 90 minutes
    Find another way

Sterling back to Salah and triple captaining him was always the plan so will do that for sure.

However just realised I have just enough for Erikson > Mane for a -4. I've only taken hits once this season but I think this could be worth it?

Still have Son/Llorente and Aguero/Laporte for Spurs/City cover.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,685 ✭✭✭sheroman01

Around 30pts separate myself and main rival (Sterling TC for me still to go against United). I've BB left, he has nothing. My BB will be essentially pointless tho. Now is really not the time to be taking hits but Aguero would be great to have and a -8 is the only way to bring him in, which would be the below:

    Pereria, Rashford, King OUT
    Peltier, Ings, Aguero IN

    Will have to contemplate it.

Edit: I've no faith in BB. So I could actually play it next week to cushion the -8. Boruc (sou) Peltier (ful) and AWB (EVE). Should get 6pts+ there.

Edit 2: Rivals have no Liverpool attacking cover. They'll more than likely take hits next week.

Milner came on today. Will he play more often?

He’ll probably play against Huddersfield with the Barca game midweek but I wouldn’t be drafting him in for it

He's actually not a bad shout in the draft game for next week

I think people letting Aguero/Sterling are crazy!

I think people letting Aguero/Sterling are crazy!

    potentially.

it's a calculated risk though if you're doing a straight swap for Mane or Salah and TCing a Liverpool player.

i'm going to see what City do on Wednesday night with their team before definitely deciding.

I'd love to get Salah in but realistically I can only fund that by getting rid of Sterling or Kun and I don't want to do that.

I have exactly enough to do
    Eriksen to Mane, and
    Jota to Henderson

Not mad on henderson but he is in form, playing further forward and is very cheap so if he doesn't play its not the end of the world.

Sterling is my only City asset. How essential is it to have Aguero too? Would need a -8 this week to bring him in, or a -4 next week.

Not essential at all. Particularly for this week

With KDB injured it looks like I'll be keeping Vardy over Laca.

Cheers. I was all set for ripping my team apart to bring him in but there is really no need. I can plan better for BB now!

Wish I still had Vardy. I'll need to plan out my transfers over the 3 gws...if there's a chance I can squeeze in a 1 week transfer on Vardy against Arsenal, I will!

Looking at a 5m Def for this week's BB, any ideas? Have 3 pool and can't see much else appealing

Yeah, it's that game that is making me keep him.

Spurs team now a minefield with CL just about secured after tonight.

Moura & Ali maybe the best shouts for the weekend.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,654 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

    Three options now...

    1. Bank. Bench KDB as have strong 8 since wc. TC Mané
    2. Eriksen and KDB to Salah & cheap mid for - 4. May tc Salah.
    3. Eriksen and KDB to Sterling & cheap for - 4. TC Mané

Expected Eriksen rest tonight, surely it will come on Saturday...

    Advice welcome!

Worried about Trent being rested against Huddersfield this weekend. He's still very young and has played a lot of football recently. Has Klopp made any noises about resting him?

Haven't heard noises, but with Gomez coming back to fitness, it's an ideal game to try give him 90 minutes.
But klopp will be throwing the sink at Huddersfield, so I'd expect TAA to play, he is the more attacking of the two.

You answered your own question, he's young and well able for it. No way Klopp messes with a team on a winning run going for the title for the sake of a returning full-back.

Salah in NYC tonight for Times awards.

Would expect he’ll be back in Liverpool tomorrow. Either way it’s not ideal for a Friday night game and with Barca on Wednesday, huge potential that he’ll be rested or only play 60

    Not sure I’ll TC now

Yeah I'm thinking the same. Wouldn't surprise me if he starts as a sub now. There's always a spanner in the works.

Just catching up on a bit of twitter now this morning and I think the same, if he fly's back today / tonight. Doesn't leave much time for a session before the match Friday.

Mane is more than likely my FT in this week then for KdB. Had funds for Salah but getting a bit worried he won't see the full game or even start.

With all this Salah craic. I'll go with Mane as the captain and Salah Vice. I fully expect Salah rested now and subs on late if needed.

Had been saving my TC for Salah in this game all season!! Really don't know what to do now...back to the drawing board.

Anyone have any views on best options between now and the end of the season?

Liverpool are going for their first league title in 29 years. They have 5 days rest before Barcelona. Not a hope any of the front 3 are rested for Huddersfield.

This is certainly going to make people reluctant to sign him/captain him .
When he went off to the African awards in December (I think) there was similar talk. Did he start ?

Played and scored away to Brighton. Even got 3 bonus!

They really can't afford to slip up against the likes of Huddersfield. I'll be shocked if Salah doesn't start.
