    Just home after going out for dinner, stuffed is an understatement. It has finally stopped raining here but the floods are bad even on the main roads, I can't wait for the second episode of a drama I started watching last week, tv booked for 9pm and you'd swear that I was booking it for the next month going by someone's reaction, definitely a TV addict and I'm trying not to let it annoy me but it is ffs.

    Poor Notre Dame. A fabulous building inside and out. Visted in 1990. We have very many buildings in Ireland that I wouldn't like to see a similar thing happen to them.

    For me, steak has to look burned but be very juicy in the middle. Pan searing hot, throw on steak, 2 mins each side does it then.
    It tastes like cow then :).
    My Mrs is an expert at it.
    Still watching notre dame burn.
