i have joined a family but when i put address in and hit confirm i get, 603 - Oops something went wrong, please try again,
now i have a premium account through Vodafone which i have now canceled but still looks active, think it will run up to 18th march until my month is up, is this reason i am getting the error?

Hi my computer crashed mid year, and i lost old emails, so it would be great if my family menbers could get in touch asap to renew.
I have a laptop with all details on it available tomorrow so I can change family members if ness.
