Can't embed this but it's another wallpaper to hide the front camera.

After trying to order the S10 online through Vodafone I went into a local store, on the advice of VOdafone who said their systems are down, and after queuing for ages I finally got to order it. They think I will still qualify for the Samsung wireless buds, but are not sure, and they think I should get my handset on this Friday - which I was not expecting!
The guy in the Vodafone store said the problem with trying to order the S10 on line was not Vodafones fault, it was Samsumg not having enough stock to meet the demand!

How is it Samsung's fault? So you can order the device in store and not online? Sounds to me like its a problem with the Vodafone website, which was updated recently. This is the first major device release since that update.

I put my order in online the morning the S10 was released so you'd think they would have stock, or if not ,the system would hold your order until they did (and not cancel it).

Typical of my interactions with them. Never them at fault. Always someone or something else.

I ordered S10+ green on Feb 26. They told me yesterday (6th) it would not be available until March 28th, so I cancelled and ordered black. That is fast work:-) Samsung site is saying "Shipped"

Hmm, not going by order date then, I ordered on the 25th.

Yes that was good going! I ordered ceramic white, just sitting here in work, very little work being done in anticipation of that email :D

Do Samsung phones still get screen cancer if you drop them 6 inches?

Not since inch, but a 1 feet dropped resulted in a cracked S7 Edge, Note 8 and Note 9 till now. Mainly just hairline cracks.

Don't know about canceling Three but other posters here aren't having much joy with Vodafone.

No email for me yet but Exertis confirmed last night I'd have it tomorrow.
    Ordered 21st

I am talking about a specific weakness in Samsung phones where the screen leaks everywhere after a tiny impact which has put me off buying them after a bad experience.

Just wondering if they have fixed their serious manufacturing issues.

Yees, but do I need to wrap the thing in cotton wool and protect from loud noises.

Interesting. I've been using this type of case on my S9 & previously S7 and never had any screen breaks or cracks, despite numerous drops. The one time I had my S7 out of a case, I dropped it from my pocket on the road and it cracked the front and rear glass.

I've had S2, S4, S5, S6 edge, S8+ and soon to be S10+. Dropped every one one of them and no cracks or screen leaks.
Your bad experience hardly equals "serious manufacturing issues".

You could hardly look sideways at the likes of an iphone and it cracks.
