Ticketmaster site just says presale happening now but has no link. Aiken promotions website doesn't mention presale (perhaps there is a newsletter I need to subscribe to?). H&O website and fanclub doesn't mention Ireland gigs at all.

UPDATE: I received an email with a link on Saturday from H&O fan club so purchased in presale now.

You're right ... don't think the gig will sell out quickly this time around but wanted to be sure as had missed out on the last two H&O Dublin gigs (first sold out in minutes and I was away last time around).
