Ticketmaster site just says presale happening now but has no link. Aiken promotions website doesn't mention presale (perhaps there is a newsletter I need to subscribe to?). H&O website and fanclub doesn't mention Ireland gigs at all.

It's for their fan club. Think it's $30 for membership.

Probably mad ... Yes paid $25. You're right ... don't think the gig will sell out quickly this time around but wanted to be sure as had missed out on the last two H&O Dublin gigs (first sold out in minutes and I was away last time around). Seemed to need a USA address to register so asked a mate to join for me.

thats pretty much what I was offered, could'nt get the first tier. I was up the back for robert plant and it was grand but that was a free gig.
