Vardy with 7 looks like it would have only been worth a maximum of 3 points to me if I transferred him in GW28.

I've last weeks Captain Hero Antonio (MCI Away) to come off the bench if Rashers doesn't make it. Assuming that's 2 points then Vardy would have only been worth 1 point to me this week so I'm not regretting leaving that transfer sit.

Also, thinking Jota to Maddison now as I deleverage Wolves which again I wouldn't be considering it I had got Vardy.

My understanding is that the FA are waiting until the QFs of FA cup. That's GW31 and then we have an IB.

Watford v Palace in the cup kicks off at 12.15 on Sat 16th. That's just less than 2hrs before GW31 deadline.

The plan was to do Auba -> Vardy and Son -> Hazard as part of the GW31 planning. Only problem is I have Martial who is becoming a real problem child. If I get positive vibes about him being fit for the weekend he stays but if not he could have to go out for a West Ham midfielder, possibly Antonio.

Same 2 in for me. I already dumped AWB so will be moving on Zabaletta for TAA

For those selling Salah, he will be THE captain choice in BGW31.

If he scores highly (last BGW31 for example!) he will kill your ranking stone dead.

Eden, I know we've had our difficulties lately,I haven't been there for a lot of your big occasions, I was away for your hat-trick against cardiff, I was working for your back-to-back double digit hauls a few weeks later. We got got back together but it just wasn't the same.
I remember the good old days, like you kicking that 12 year old in swansea, always scoring against Everton, the good old days, even when you downed tools on Jose we still had some good days

Will City run riot at Bournemouth? They've played a lot of football this week and looked pretty lethargic last night by all accounts (I didn't watch it myself). I know Bournemouth shipped 5 last night, but they'll hardly go with the same reckless game plan on Saturday.

(I'm trying to talk myself out of getting Aguero in for Auba for a hit).

He may be THE real life captain choice, but he won't be the captain choice of the FF community.

Mane has scored in 5 of the last 6, but one thing I've learned with Sadio is when he goes cold, he goes freezing cold! He has 14 goals this season but somehow had a stretch of 18 games where he only scored 4.

I just think its too risky to not captain a player who will likely be in most 'live' teams, and will be captained by the vast majority of them.

Salah still looked dangerous last night even though he didn’t score. With Liverpool having games in the blanks and given his ownership, it would be a brave call to get rid of him now I think.

If you’re not playing the Free Hit in GW31 and you get rid of him, your strategy seems off to me personally.
