Why are they always so violent and irrational? What causes this? Inbreeding?

usually violence is by people of low intelligence. It always about some ancient feud going back to the middle ages. Inbredding doesnt help at all

Imagine getting on a plane with with them.

Were the security people afraid to tackle them.

my first thought... Airports are crawling with security, none to be seen

Tell the truth, if you were armed police, would you slink off and have a cup of tea and wait for the drama to die down or watch it from the safety of the control room?

Or would you foolishly break out the lockers, helmets teargas and helmets? gas them and hog tie them and then get branded for "wacism" by superiors? Get moved for a good career job to archives and cold cases?

Let them beat the sugar out of each other and then move in is the correct answer.

The security people could plausibly claim so. Practical option.

What were those metal rods some of them had? Where did they get them in an airport?

That actually sounds like a troop of hooting chimps. Unreal. I'm also surprised at the lack of security intervention. In an airport. Belfast airport of all places.

Many worry about Artificial Intelligence. I worry far more about Organic Idiocy.

Imagine doing this in a US airport, you'd have 6 pine coffins heading back to rathkeale.

"The incident, in its entirety, lasted seven minutes with police arriving on scene within three minutes. The rapid intervention of police was not captured in the videos posted on social media.

"Airport police, PSNI and staff are to be commended for their professionalism in dealing with this incident in such a swift manner."

really? I must have been watching a different video.

What were the sanctions though? Were they hauled off to the PSNI station and missed their flight, or were they just in Departures to cause mayhem

Cannot believe they were airside with those things. And I doubt they were, but on the offchance that happened, I would be a bit concerned about the security there.
