    I phoned ticketmaster customer service and they said thy issue is because demand is high. I have ordered high demand tickets before but never had this issue on the app and the website. The app says I have 2 full price tickets but fails everytime I try to pay!.

    Its some sort of a glitch in the system.
    There was a seat in Blk 141 on the website yesterday afternoon for hours and it couldnt be bought either.
    I saw the same error the day before the New Zealand game too.

    Same here! I emailed TM who are just said event is sold out PFO despite me sending them screenshots of the tickets. Joke!

    Try them one at a time, buy one check out and then buy another one. That’s what worked for me last week as anytime I’d two it would bomb. I got two singles in blocks beside each other.

    I have been trying solidly for the last half hour. Single seats and 2 seats. The checkout page keeps giving me an error saying some bull about "It's us not you....". I literally click on seats about a second after they appear and then get that checkout failure page. The same seats keep coming up, if you have noticed! I wonder if any of them have sold yet?

    Your one told me it's sold out.
    I said I can see tickets available. Then she said it's only singles. I said I have two in my basket. Dope.

    I think the tickets are phantom tickets ,don't really exist .

    The map search is never synced with the tickets that appear in the normal search. What is everyone relying on? Is the map lagging behind?

    I’m just doing the normal search. Tickets appear but when I select them it just says that it’s searching for tickets again and that’s when I get the error message.
